Terms and Conditions
Hala Laundry Services is happy to provide professional laundry services to our customers. By using our services, customers agree to the terms and conditions set below. You can always reach us on info@halagreen.com to know more about these terms and conditions or to request exceptions, if any. By sending us email, please allow us time to review and get back to you. Sending us an email may not necessarily mean that we have agreed to your requests. We suggest you to wait for our response to know the final agreement between you and Hala Laundry Services, Dubai.
Delivery Schedule and Working Hours
Hala Laundry Services aims to provide convenient delivery options to our customers. Hence, we ensure that we take prior appointment to visit our customers for pick up or delivery. Hala Laundry Services, generally delivers the service within 24 to 72. Hala Laundry Services, Dubai also provides express delivery or 1 hour delivery for an additional but pocket friendly charge which can be discussed when you book the service. Hala Laundry Services, Dubai works from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Saturday to Thursday and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Friday. Hala Laundry Services, Dubai sometimes provides services outside working hours. You may contact the Manager for ad-hoc service or service out of working hours. We recommend that you use this service in an absolute emergency as all are staff work dedicatedly hard to provide exceptional service to all at all times.
Procedure, Terms, Loss, Damage & Storage
Hala Laundry Services, Dubai has offers to provide convenience to the customers. Hala Laundry Services tailor the offers to benefit all customers and suit our customer’s need. Hala Laundry Services have varied services catalogued which can be taken individually or in available offers. When we collect the items for services from customer, we will mark them for identification. Hala Laundry Services reserves the right not to pick up items that are in unacceptable condition. However, any or all items can be picked up for services at sole discretion of Hala Laundry Services Management. The customer agrees not to include any of the following that are in or attached to any of the items to be cleaned: (i) non-washable items, (ii) items that are labeled for hand washing and/or dry-cleaning only, or (iii) any other items not meant for laundering or dry-cleaning, (iv) damage due to missing, unreadable or removed care labels. The customer is responsible for any and all damage caused by any items left in the customer’s clothing or laundry bag that cause damage to the clothing of any customer, the cleaning machines, or any other property of Hala Laundry Services or its customers. Hala Laundry Services, Dubai is not responsible for, and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended by the customer for pickup or delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her Hala Laundry Services registration card or related item is in the possession of a Hala Laundry Services employee. Hala Laundry Services always ensures to provide the best laundry service in Dubai and in order to do so, we expect our customer’s understanding when using our services. In case there is damage caused due to mishandling by any of our staff, we will pay up to 5 times of the service price. Although HALA Laundry Services is not liable for damage due to the fault of its third-party cleaners or service providers, we may, in our sole discretion, chose to reimburse the customer in these events. We are not liable for any preexisting damage to garments. Customer should be aware of any preexisting damage, colorfastness, the age or weakness of the fabric, Hala Laundry Services will not be responsible for any damage of such items. Customers should report lost items/complaints/return within 24 hours of delivery by WhatsApp on +971555441001 or email at info@halagreen.com. Re-cleaning or re-pressing will be done free of charge if reported within 2 hours from the time of delivery.
Missed/Unattended Delivery or Pick Up
Customers who subscribe for offers from Hala Laundry Services will have to attend to the scheduled pick up or delivery. If the customer misses a scheduled pickup during a given week, the customer will forfeit the service for that week and will not be reimbursed. In order to ensure customer satisfaction Hala Laundry Services will allow the customer to wash twice as many clothes of the laundry the next week as they are normally allowed, free of additional charges. For example, if a customer who paid for twenty (20) items per week misses a week, they may have forty (40) items of laundry cleaned the next week. However, this will be at sole discretion of Hala Laundry Services Management. Hala Laundry Services, Dubai is not responsible for the items which are not collected within 90 days from the date of invoice.
Payment
The customer must pay the agreed charges. Charges of individual items are available on our website and Invoice. Additionally, customer can contact us via WhatsApp on +971555441001 to get the quote or price list. Some items will be charged separately and the charges will be communicated to the customer prior to confirming the service. Services that have been paid for but go unused do not carry over. Hala Laundry Services will not provide a refund for any under-utilization of services which are part of any offer. Except as described in the below paragraphs, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. In the event that the customer’s Hala Laundry Services laundry bag weighs more than the marketed offer, an additional fee will be charged for each additional item. If items are Air Dried and/or Hand Washed when the customer has not paid for that service in their laundry plan, the charge will be extra, per item. The customer hereby grants Hala Laundry Services the right to withhold the customer’s clothing until payment is made for the excess laundry or pickup.
Use of Third-Party Service Providers
HALA Laundry Services or its associates will deliver the customer’s items to and from a laundering and dry-cleaning service of HALA Laundry Services choice. HALA Laundry Services reserves the right to utilize any outsourcer, vendor, or outside service provider, for any service, in its sole discretion, without notice to the customer. HALA Laundry Services is not responsible for, and will not be held liable for, any damage or loss due to the acts or omissions of its vendors, third party outsourcers, or service providers. We may use the required cleaning methods which may not necessarily be as suggested by the manufacturer. We will not be responsible for removing stains unless discussed at the time of placing order and same has to be mentioned on the invoice.
